Skid-mounted ground well testing equipments are mainly used for collecting the pressure, temperature, output and characteristics of oil and gas wells and doing comprehensive analysis on oil deposit in oil and gas exploration and development and production process, so establishing a set of ground temporary production process . By choosing different choke size to control the well fluids flowrate, pressure and temperature and separate it into oil, gas and water and measure them separately and accurately according to testing projects, finally we get the output of oil, gas and water in this choke size. The equipment is an important tool and means for comprehensive evaluation of oil deposit during oil exploration and development. It is suitable for gas fields, condensate gas fields and oil fields on onshore and offshore. The equipment is also suitable for testing high-sulfur oil and gas wells, meeting the requirements of EE-class sulfur.
Mainly including surface testing tree, surface safety valve (including ESD control panel), cyclone or filter desander, upstream pipelines, upstream data head, chemical injection pump, choke manifold, downstream data head, downstream pipelines, indirect heaters or steam heat exchangers (with steam generators), test separators (three-phase or two-phase), oil manifolds, metering or buffer tanks, crude oil transfer pumps, gas manifolds, crude oil burners and gas burners, data acquisition systems and data acquisition rooms, chemical testing instruments and chemical testing rooms, diesel generators, air compressors and other ancillary facilities. The users can combine the above equipments to meet the requirements of oil and gas field testing service according to different oil deposit conditions.
All units are skid-mounted and are easily and reliably connected to each part of the unit by high-pressure flanges and unions. Equipments and instruments can be adapted to the regular handling and field environment. All goods are factory prefabricated and assembled into a skid, with the installation of a strong anti-collision frame steel structure and removable protective cover outside. The entire testing units can also be placed in the overall trailer on the move, easily to transport and handling, and also better able to protect the equipments.
