The project is located in a region where wells produce fluids with high sand content. The surface process required robust front-end equipment capable of effective sand removal and erosion resistance. Based on the specific site conditions, the HC team designed a cyclonic sand separator with wear-resistant alloy linings, integrated with a bypass sand discharge system and differential pressure alarms to ensure long-term stable performance.

Prior to delivery, the equipment passed a series of inspections jointly conducted by the client’s site representatives and a third-party agency. All performance parameters met or exceeded the design requirements.
