Venezuelan Customer Places Third Repeat Order! 5 Scrubbers Ready for Assembly Completion
These past few days, our workshop has been fully focused on this batch of scrubbers destined for Venezuela.
Now, all five units have basically completed their pipeline assembly and are undergoing the final pre-shipment inspection. Soon, they will be loaded and dispatched from our factory.
Honestly, achieving a third repeat order for an overseas project is not easy. Especially for oil and gas field equipment, customers don’t continue cooperation just because the price is low. What matters more is whether the equipment performs stably on site and whether it’s hassle-free in the long run.

From initial communication to commissioning, and then to repeated procurement, we have spent a long time building understanding with the customer. For us, a repeat order is even more meaningful than the first. Only after the equipment has been installed and operated for a period does the customer truly know whether it works as expected.
This batch mainly consists of scrubbers, used in gas processing workflows. Their primary function is to separate liquids and impurities from the gas as thoroughly as possible. Many people think scrubbers are simple in structure, but anyone with field experience knows that these devices demand meticulous attention to detail.
On oil and gas sites, fluctuations in gas volume, changes in liquid content, and sudden impurity impacts are very common. If separation performance is unstable, downstream compressors, metering systems, and even the entire process can be affected. In severe cases, liquid carryover into compressors can become a major headache for on-site personnel.

So while these devices might look like simple tanks, the real challenge lies in the internal process integration.
For this batch, we made several adjustments to internal structures, pipeline layouts, and skid design. Overseas projects differ from domestic ones: customers care more about whether the equipment can be commissioned quickly on site, whether maintenance is convenient, and whether it can withstand transportation. Sometimes, equipment that is too complex can be a burden rather than a benefit. Experienced field customers tend to prefer stable, practical, and low-maintenance solutions.
In recent years, we’ve noticed a growing preference for skid-mounted equipment among overseas clients. The reason is simple: on-site construction costs are rising, project timelines are tighter, and everyone wants equipment that can be connected to the process and start running as soon as it arrives.

For manufacturers, the real challenge isn’t just building the equipment—it’s ensuring it operates reliably thousands of kilometers away.
This batch has now entered the final stage, preparing for shipment. Every time we see equipment about to leave the factory, it’s a mix of relief and anticipation for its on-site performance. After years in the oil and gas equipment industry, we’ve learned that shipment is never the end—it’s often the start of a new phase.
We sincerely thank our customer for their continued trust. With nearly a hundred scrubbers still under discussion for future projects, HC is committed to leveraging our strengths to provide the best equipment and services for our clients!
