Recently, HC successfully completed the fabrication and factory acceptance of a customized two-phase separator skid for the client’s oilfield in Pakistan. The unit has now been officially dispatched from our manufacturing facility and is ready to enter field operation. This delivery once again demonstrates our strong engineering capabilities and commitment to providing reliable early-production solutions for global oil and gas customers.

The supplied two-phase separator is designed for the primary separation of wellhead fluids, enabling efficient gas–liquid separation under complex production conditions. The skid integrates a horizontal pressure vessel, inlet manifold, liquid outlet line, gas outlet system, instrumentation, and safety protection components. All equipment is engineered in strict accordance with international oilfield standards to ensure long-term stability and safe operation.

During the project execution, our engineering and production teams collaborated closely with the customer to refine design parameters such as working pressure, liquid residence time, flow capacity, and connection interfaces. This ensures that the separator can adapt to the client's specific well conditions and seamlessly connect with their existing surface facilities.

HC conducted full factory-level inspections before shipment, including pressure testing, NDT inspection, internal cleaning, coating quality checks, and skid layout verification. All acceptance steps were carried out under the client’s remote supervision. The customer highly recognized the product’s workmanship, quality control, and assembly accuracy.

Pakistan remains one of HC’s important overseas markets. In recent years, our early-production facilities—such as two-phase and three-phase separators, test skids, heater treaters, and water bath heaters—have been widely applied across multiple client oilfields in the region.
