Last night, insulation work was completed on the skid-mounted water bath heater currently under fabrication for a UAE project. With this step finished, the unit is gradually taking its final shape on the workshop floor.

The heater is built as an integrated skid package, combined with a compact enclosure structure. This configuration allows key components to be well protected while keeping installation and on-site operation straightforward — an important consideration for field applications in the Middle East.

Throughout the project, close communication has been maintained between HC’s engineering and production teams. From layout arrangement to insulation execution, each stage has been carried out based on actual operating needs rather than standardized configurations.

As fabrication continues, the focus will move toward final checks and preparation for the next stage of delivery. Every step is being approached with the same principle: ensuring the equipment performs reliably once it arrives on site.
