HC has recently started the fabrication of a customized desander vessel for a Brazilian oilfield project. The equipment is designed to remove sand and solid particles from produced fluids, helping protect downstream equipment from erosion and improving the stability of oil and gas production operations.

The customized desander vessel features a horizontal design with an internal wear-resistant liner to improve durability under solid particle impact conditions. Designed for a pressure rating of 150 PSI, the vessel is being fabricated to meet the operational requirements of standard oilfield service applications.

The equipment is being manufactured in compliance with ASME VIII Div.1 requirements. During the fabrication process, HC is implementing strict quality control procedures, including material verification, welding inspection, and dimensional inspection, to ensure the vessel meets the required technical and quality standards.
