Two 1440 PSI Three-Phase Separators Completed for Nigeria Oil & Gas Project
HC has recently completed the fabrication of two customized three-phase separators for a Nigeria oil and gas project. Featuring a bright red protective coating, the vessels have been successfully manufactured and are ready for the next stage of project delivery.
A three-phase separator is a critical piece of equipment in oil and gas production and well testing systems. It is designed to separate produced fluids into three phases — oil, gas, and water — ensuring efficient processing and reliable operation of downstream facilities.

The two separators supplied for this project are designed with a vessel size of 42” × 10’ and a design pressure of 1440 PSI, making them suitable for high-pressure oil and gas applications. The equipment was customized according to the customer’s operating requirements to ensure reliable performance under demanding field conditions.
During the fabrication process, HC implemented strict quality control procedures covering material inspection, welding, non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection, and surface treatment. These measures ensure that each vessel meets the required quality standards and project specifications.

High-pressure three-phase separators require not only robust mechanical strength but also reliable separation performance during continuous operation. With extensive experience in pressure vessel fabrication and oilfield equipment manufacturing, HC provides customized solutions designed for various production and processing applications.

The successful completion of these two three-phase separators represents another achievement in HC’s international project experience. HC continues to support global customers with reliable oil and gas equipment solutions, including separators, sand management equipment, heat exchangers, and skid-mounted process systems.
