HC has successfully completed the manufacturing and shipment of a complete oil and gas processing system for a project in Nigeria. The package includes a heater separator, high-pressure three-phase separator, water bath heater, and heat exchanger—designed and fabricated to meet demanding specifications from the client’s engineering team.

While the project was not without its challenges, including technical alignments and design refinements during execution, the HC team maintained close communication with the client throughout. Multiple video conferences and phone discussions were held to clarify requirements and align on deliverables. These sessions were not always easy, but they proved essential in building a strong working relationship.

Before shipment, the client conducted a thorough inspection of the equipment at HC’s facility, accompanied by a third-party inspection agency. The results were positive: all units passed verification, and both the client and the third-party inspector expressed full satisfaction with the build quality and documentation.

Although the equipment has not yet entered the installation or commissioning phase, this shipment marks a critical milestone for both sides. For HC, it reinforces our ability to deliver complex, multi-unit systems under pressure. For the client, it provides assurance of equipment quality and supplier reliability ahead of deployment.

This project has also strengthened HC’s internal confidence in facing larger and more demanding international orders. It showed that clear communication, technical transparency, and the ability to adjust under real-world constraints are just as important as engineering precision.
