The client, a regional oilfield service provider, required a compact and corrosion-resistant solution for handling light crude with high water content under variable flow conditions. After a thorough analysis of the site requirements, our engineering team proposed a horizontal separator skid designed to deliver efficient phase separation and long-term reliability.

Design Pressure: 9.8MPa（1440 psi）

Internal Configuration: Equipped with vane demisters, coalescing plates, and multi-phase level control to ensure effective oil, water, and gas separation.

Corrosion Protection: Multi-layer anti-corrosion coating with thermal insulation, suitable for hot and humid field conditions.

Smart Integration: Interfaces reserved for remote level and pressure control systems, enabling DCS integration as required.

The equipment has passed a complete set of factory acceptance tests, including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak checks, and functional simulations based on expected field parameters. All performance indicators meet or exceed project specifications.
