Recently, HC Petroleum Equipment successfully completed the manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of a horizontal three-phase separator, which is scheduled to be shipped to Daqing Oilfield this week. This marks another solid step in HC’s continued commitment to delivering reliable separation solutions for oilfield surface facilities.

The separator is designed for high-pressure applications and capable of simultaneously separating gas, oil, and water from wellhead fluids. It features a multi-stage separation system, including gas-liquid separation, oil-water separation, and precise liquid level control. The unit is equipped with a full set of instruments and an automatic control system, allowing seamless integration with the site’s DCS for intelligent operation.

Considering the harsh winter conditions and complex site requirements in Daqing, the equipment has been specially designed with enhanced insulation and anti-freezing measures to ensure efficient and stable performance even in extremely low temperatures.
