Recently, our valued client from the United Arab Emirates visited our manufacturing facility to conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a custom-designed Water Bath Heater unit.

The Water Bath Heater is designed for natural gas heating and pressure regulation applications in an oil and gas field project. As a critical component in gas processing and transmission systems, the heater ensures stable temperature control, prevents hydrate formation, and maintains safe downstream operation.

During the factory inspection, the client carefully reviewed:

Overall fabrication quality and structural assembly

Welding procedures and visual inspection standards

Instrumentation configuration and control system layout

Hydrostatic pressure testing process

Safety protection and operational functionality

All inspection procedures were carried out in strict accordance with project technical specifications and applicable international standards. Detailed documentation, including material certificates and testing records, was presented for verification.

Each Water Bath Heater is manufactured to ensure reliable performance under demanding oil and gas operating conditions.

The FAT was successfully completed, and the unit is now ready for shipment to the UAE project site.
