In a chemical industrial park, large volumes of high-strength organic wastewater are generated during production. These effluents contain a variety of refractory organic compounds that are difficult to degrade, making conventional biological treatment processes insufficient to meet increasingly stringent discharge standards.
To address this challenge, the park decided to adopt an advanced thermal-activated hydroxyl radical oxidation skid for deep treatment of the wastewater.

The thermal-activated advanced oxidation skid we supplied is equipped with a complete piping system, reaction vessels, as well as integrated pumps and valves. It enables precise control of the treatment process and provides stable flow and water quality conditions, ensuring the effective generation of hydroxyl radicals and the smooth progression of the oxidation reaction.
By applying this technology, the project has significantly improved the removal efficiency of refractory organic pollutants, overcoming the limitations of traditional treatment methods. At the same time, it offers valuable experience and reference for similar industrial wastewater treatment applications.

Looking ahead, with continuous technological optimization and innovation, thermal-activated hydroxyl radical oxidation skids are expected to be widely applied in more water treatment scenarios, contributing to environmental protection and sustainable development.
