In the United Arab Emirates, extreme summer temperatures often exceed 40 °C during the day and remain above 30 °C at night. While the climate is hot, oil and gas facilities still face challenges in maintaining stable processing conditions. For many gas treatment plants, temperature control is critical to avoid process interruptions and ensure safe operation.

Recently, one of our long-term partners in the UAE encountered a serious issue at their natural gas processing site. After pressure reduction and partial cooling, the gas temperature dropped unexpectedly, leading to unwanted condensation and reduced separation efficiency. This fluctuation not only affected the gas separation system but also increased the risk of downstream equipment failure.

To solve this problem, the client required a reliable gas heating system capable of stabilizing outlet temperatures. Our water bath heater proved to be the ideal solution. Specifically engineered for harsh environments, the heater provides controlled and uniform heating, ensuring that natural gas maintains the required temperature before entering separators and other process equipment.

By installing our water bath heater in the UAE project, the customer eliminated sudden temperature drops, improved gas separation performance, and enhanced overall plant reliability. The result was a safer, more efficient, and continuous operation in one of the world’s most demanding climates.
