The vessel branch workshop is now equipped with one 200ton crane, one 100ton crane, two 32ton cranes, the maximum lifting height is 16meters, and one heavy-duty rolling machine (with 300mm hot rolling, 200mm cold rolling and width of 3500mm); one WB12KY-100*3500 CNC bending machine, one WB12KY-100*2000 four-roller bending machine, one W11S-40*2500 three-roller bending machine, one SOP/B-150*4000 CNC three-side double-face groove forming machine, one LMZ-6*6 gantry welding machine, six vertical column cross arm submerged arc welding machines, one 250ton flat car, one saddle submerged arc welding machine, six argon arc welding machines and 25units of DC welding machines.
The workshop mainly produces flash tank, water tank, steam drum, heat exchanger, deaerator, safety discharge pipeline, nuclear power products, etc. At present, there are 2 managers, 2 crane operators, 2 plate benders, 15 welders (including 5 submerged arc welders), 9 assemblers, 6 auxiliary workers and 1 hydraulic worker.
