Titanium tube has many advantages, such as light weight, high tensile strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, compared with other structural materials, titanium heat exchanger is able to work under extreme temperature and harsh environment, and has a long service life, which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of user.

Generally, solute or impurity in the concentration processing of materials will deposit and crystallize on the heating surface, forming scale layer and affecting heat transfer. Some solutes are heat sensitive and tend to deteriorate if they stay too long at high temperatures. Some materials have strong corrosivity or higher viscosity, so our engineers will give appropriate solutions when designing heat exchanger in strict accordance with international standards and special conditions of users.
